For government client departments, this site is designed to provide information about how to procure software and related services. The Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) is our new method of supply where you can access information on COTS software products and maintenance and support available through the SLSA Catalogue.
The Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) has superseded the exiting PWGSC Departmental Individual Standing Offers (DISOs) for commercial off-the-shelf software and related software maintenance and support.
The Software Information Portal includes a Software Procurement Acquisition Resource Catalogue that lists software products for vendors with or without DISO's, sorted by category.
For those interested, information on how to list software products in a Government licensed end-user network catalogue can link through the Software Information Portal. For government users access to the catalogue can also be gained through the SARC Government Licensed End-user Network. Industry users will also be interested in the link to MERX for opportunities to bid on Requests for Proposal and other software related notices.
